Location: Canberra, ACT

Work Type: Onsite (No remote work)
Roster: Day shift (7:00am – 7:00pm coverage)

About the Opportunity

An opportunity is available for an experienced Endpoint Services Administrator to support a major Australian Government program operating within a high‑security, high‑compliance environment. This role sits within a complex, multi‑vendor ICT landscape and contributes directly to the delivery of mission‑critical national security outcomes.

You will be part of a collaborative and professional technical team, providing advanced operational support across endpoint, application, and infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept and resolve escalated incidents and service requests from a Level 1 Service Desk
  • Provide monitoring, support, and troubleshooting for endpoint and hardware platforms across multiple sites
  • Diagnose and resolve application‑related incidents
  • Troubleshoot desktop, server, and datacentre hardware faults
  • Work closely with specialist technical teams to escalate, coordinate, and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain high standards of operational reliability, documentation, and compliance in secure environments

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience providing advanced ICT or endpoint support in enterprise environments
  • Strong capability in troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues
  • Experience supporting or monitoring ICT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence supporting end‑users and collaborating with technical teams
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating day roster (7:00am – 7:00pm)
  • Willingness to undertake domestic travel for field support when required
